3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kobox. Users between 13–17 years old may use the App only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on Kobox is owned by respective content creators, distributors, or Kobox Platforms. Users obtain only limited viewing rights.

By uploading content to Kobox, creators grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, display, and monetize such content on our platform.

7. Payment and Monetization

7.1 Payment Processing

Kobox processes payments for premium content and creator monetization. All transactions are subject to our payment terms and applicable fees.

7.2 Revenue Sharing

Content creators and distributors will receive revenue shares as outlined in separate creator agreements, minus applicable platform fees and taxes.

8. Zero Data Streaming

Our zero data streaming service is available to users in Nigeria through partnerships with telecommunications providers. Service availability may vary by location and network provider.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Prohibited Uses
